- Future Mom's Grape Variety Massage : 30 min, 45 min, 1 hour
Massage to relieve pregnancy-related tensions. A sweet moment of communication with the baby (starting from the 4th month of pregnancy).

Massages are non-therapeutic and subject to non-medical contraindications.
If you are pregnant, please let us know when booking your massage so that it is adapted to your needs. Please note that it will unfortunately not be possible to offer you a massage if you are pregnant less than 4 months or more than 7 months pregnant in order to protect the health of your baby.

YOGA BRUNCH
Come and greet the sun on our domain with our yoga teacher Mathilde, which transmits a practice where postures, meditations and breathing exercises are linked.
On the program (9:30 - 12:30): Yoga class (1h15) then brunch served by the pool (1h45). Then, you can enjoy the swimming pool, a bike ride or a walk around the estate... Rugs are provided.
Where? At the edge of our pool, at the reception of the huts.

Sophrology - sunset aperitif & other events
Sophrology is a psycho-physical technique, guided by the voice, which allows in particular to reconnect to the present moment. It allows you to focus on the different senses: seeing, listening, smelling, touching and tasting. Mindful tasting will allow you to experience all the subtleties of the various wines offered.
On the program : Sophrology with Cynthia Lattier, certified sophrologist, followed by a tasting of 4 wines with a snack.
Tarif : 45€/person. Forbidden to those under 18 years of age.

SOPHROLOGY — SNACK FOR CHILDREN
For one hour, let your children relax with a sophrology workshop, while you can enjoy a massage or a moment of tranquility on the estate...
On the program at 4:30pm: 45 minutes of sophrology with Cynthia around the characters from the books and the sophrology games Mon Coeur et Mariposa.
Rate: Free for small cabanners, €15/child for outside children.
